We are very pleased to announce that Benjamin Tal, Managing Director with CIBC World Markets Inc., will be providing his keen insight into the Housing Market status  in Canada. He is responsible for analyzing economic development and their implications for North American fixed income, equity and foreign exchange and commodities markets. He also acts in an advisory capacity to bank officers on issues related to wealth management, household/corporate credit and risk. Recently described as one of Canada's leading experts on the real estate market by the International Monetary Fund, Mr. Tal is a regular commentator on financial and economic trends in the Canadian and American print and electronic media

Benjamin will focus on the housing market status in Canada and the impact of the reduction in amortization term will have on housing sales and market pricing.
