Credit Her Momentum is a mentorship program designed to create meaningful connections between women across the credit, fintech, receivables and related industries.
Open to all female employees of RMA Canada member companies, Momentum connects women at different stages of their careers with experienced professionals who can offer perspective, encouragement and practical guidance.
Built on the belief that careers are stronger when women support women, the program provides an opportunity to learn from one another, expand professional networks and build relationships that can continue well beyond the program.
Whether you are looking to build confidence, explore your next career move, strengthen your leadership skills, navigate a professional challenge or simply learn from someone who has been there before, Momentum is about creating connections that help women move forward.
More Than Mentorship
Great mentorship isn't about having all the answers. It's about having someone in your corner who will listen, share their experience, challenge your thinking and help you see new possibilities.
Through Credit Her Momentum, mentors and mentees will have the opportunity to build authentic professional relationships, exchange knowledge and learn from one another.

What to Expect
Six-Month
Mentorship
Commit to the program for six months, providing time to build a relationship, establish goals and have meaningful conversations.

Approximately One Hour a Month
Meet virtually, by phone or in person - whatever works best for both participants. You are welcome to connect more frequently if you choose.

Complete the application and we will create mentor-mentee matches based on your professional goals, experience and areas of interest.

A Flexible Relationship
There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Each pir will determine how they want to work together with access to conversation starters, goal-setting tools and other resources.
Who Can Participate
Credit Her Momentum is open to female employees of RMA Canada member companies.
Women at all stages of their careers are encouraged to participate. You do not need to hold a leadership position to become a mentor, and you do not need to be early in your career to benefit from being a mentee.
Momentum is for women at different stages of their professional journey who are interested in learning, growing and gaining a new perspective.
A mentor can help you explore what's next, work through a professional challenge, build confidence, develop leadership skills or simply provide the perspective that comes from experience.

While we will make every effort to accommodate all applicants, participation in the first round cannot be guaranteed. Matching will depend on the number of applicants and the availability of suitable mentor-mentee pairings. Applicants who are not matched in the initial round will receive priority consideration during the second round of matching.
