Empowered Legal Services (ELS) was established by Nicole Jones & Sandra Pollock in 2024 as we saw an opportunity to create a women-led law firm.  Founded on the core values of Transparency, Trust, Tenacity, and Honesty, ELS is committed to making these values a part of our daily dedication to benefit our clients.  

As a nationwide firm operating across Canada, we pride ourselves on being cost-effective, dedicated, hardworking, and honest.  Our team consists of two Paralegals and two Lawyers who all hold extensive experience litigating in both Small Claims Court and Superior Court.
