Jordan is Senior Partner at Charness, Charness and Charness LLP, Canada's oldest multigenerational law firm, founded by his grandfather in 1925. He leads a nationally recognized creditors’ rights firm specializing in the recovery of secured and unsecured debt across Canada. The firm provides legal services in every province in Canada.

Listed in Canadian Who’s Who, Jordan is also an accomplished communicator. For Several decades, he delivered legal advice live on Montreal’s top radio stations, served as a legal analyst on CBC and CTV, television and authored a long-running legal column in The Montreal Gazette. He is the author of hundreds of articles and a bestselling book, known for demystifying complex legal topics for the public.

Jordan serves on several boards and Most recently was co Chair of Finance for the Shriners Hospital for Children. Outside of law, he is a licensed pilot, motorcyclist, boater, and sports car enthusiast.
