Scott  is the Senior Vice President of Centralized Collections at Attain Financial, where he leads strategic recovery operations across North America. In this role, he oversees omni-channel engagement, vendor management, debt sales, and AI-enabled recovery programs, while also directing Canadian personnel operations to ensure alignment, performance, and operational excellence.

With more than 27 years of experience in financial services, Scott has held senior leadership roles spanning financial planning, entrepreneurship, and operational strategy. Prior to Attain Financial, he served as a financial planner with Monarch Wealth during the credit crisis and later founded Simple Financial Advice and Honest Landlord.

Scott is recognized for championing innovation in collections, implementing self-service platforms and data-driven strategies that enhance both customer experience and operational outcomes.

Beyond his professional work, Scott is active in his community, supporting outreach initiatives through the Busby Centre in Barrie and volunteering with the Air Cadet Program as a ground school instructor.
