Jayson (Jay) is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Your Voice Global Technologies Inc., based in Barrie, Ontario. With over 31 years of experience in contact centre, accounts receivable, and unified/multi-channel communication technologies, Jay is a recognized leader in driving innovation across the customer engagement landscape.

His expertise spans data management, analytics, insight-driven strategy, automated communication, self-service optimization, and workforce effectiveness. Jay has built strong, enduring relationships within all industries, including accounts receivable - collaborating with organizations to develop and support technologies that enhance consumer communication throughout the customer lifecycle.

Jay is also very active on the Canadian Telecommunications Association’s Mobile Content Council (CTA MCC), contributing to industry advancements and regulatory compliance in mobile communication.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Jay stays active outside the office in his role as a certified Alpine Canada Alpin (ACA-CSC) ski race coach, a dedicated CrossFit athlete/competitor, and a volunteer with the Barrie Police Service’s Citizens On Patrol (COP) program.
