His past role as Director of Legal Recoveries and Registrations for a major Canadian debt buyer, combined with his current oversight of insolvency processing and recoveries, gives him a well-rounded and informed perspective. Dave is an engaged advocate for the industry and a strong fit for the RMA, offering deep market insight and influential relationships to support membership growth across Canada.

Outside of work, Dave is a dedicated community volunteer, serving as a trainer with the St. Thomas Minor Hockey program. He enjoys golfing, talking sports, and spending quality time with his wife and two sons.
