The Board of the RMA invites nominations for positions on the RMA Board of Directors for the 2022-2025 term. The nomination process opens on Thursday, March 10, 2022 and closes on April 25, 2022.
The volunteer Board members of the RMA are responsible for day-to-day management of the RMA, and hold committee positions. The Members attend Board meetings once a month, in person or via teleconference.
A nominee must be a member in good standing, or an employee of a company that is a member in good standing of the RMA for a period of no less than one year. Candidates may be nominated by a fellow member of the RMA or may be self-nominated.
The election of the Board members will take place at the Annual General Meeting of the RMA on May 24, 2022 at the Royal Woodbine Golf Club, 195 Galaxy Blvd., Toronto, Ontario. RMA members who are not able to attend the AGM will have the opportunity vote by mail or electronic ballot in advance of the AGM.
A list of candidates, with short statements for each, will be circulated by email to each member of the RMA in late April, 2022.
